Delete your account & data
You can permanently delete your TradeGrade account at any time. This removes your profile, lesson progress, XP, streaks, quiz and simulator history, notes, leaderboard entries and AI Tutor usage records.
Option 1 — in the app
- Sign in to TradeGrade (web, iPhone or Android).
- Open More → Account & settings.
- Choose Delete account and confirm.
Option 2 — by email
Can't sign in? Email support@gettradegrade.com from the address on your account with the subject “Account deletion request”. We may ask you to confirm ownership before deleting.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription billed by Apple or Google. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Cancel a web membership first from Account & settings → Manage or cancel membership.
Limited purchase and transaction records may be kept where required for tax, fraud prevention or legal reasons. See the Privacy Policy.
