Privacy Policy

We store what's needed to run TradeGrade: your account email and username, lesson progress, quiz and simulator usage, and XP. If you previously signed up for promotional updates, we may also retain the email address you submitted; contact support to request its removal.

Purchases. Card details are handled by our payment processor, Apple, or Google — TradeGrade never sees them. We keep a record of your membership (store, product, status and renewal date) so Pro works on every device.

AI Tutor. Messages you send are processed by OpenAI to generate answers. Do not include account credentials or sensitive financial information in a Tutor message.

We don't sell your personal data. Signed-in members can permanently delete their account and associated app data from Account & settings. You can also emailsupport@gettradegrade.com for help.
